What You'll Do
Own design across key product surfaces, from early concepts through shipped experiences.
Establish design systems, standards, and documentation that help the team build consistently.
Make product and design decisions with limited information, then iterate based on user feedback.
Partner with product and engineering to implement designs and work through technical constraints.
Use user research, usability testing, and qualitative feedback to inform design choices.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience designing and shipping consumer or B2B products end to end.
A functional portfolio showing shipped work, your problem-solving approach, and clear examples of product impact.
Experience building design systems and documentation for product teams.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams, including navigating technical constraints.
Experience with modern desktop B2B or SaaS products; early-stage startup or fractional design experience is a plus.
Familiarity with design-to-code handoff and HTML/CSS is helpful.
Availability and compensation expectations suited to a 10 to 20 hour per week engagement.
Location
