      How you’ll make an impact:

      • Ensure reports, dashboards, and executive materials clearly explain results, key drivers, business implications, risks, and recommended actions rather than presenting metrics alone.
      • Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, clarify requirements, reconcile data differences, and deliver analyses that support informed decision-making.
      • Own the Bank’s capital, retained earnings, and dividend calculations.
      • Promote teamwork, professionalism, knowledge sharing, and high morale within the team and across the Bank.
      • Drive process improvements and efficiencies that reduce manual work and the risk of error, while ensuring critical processes have clear documentation, ownership, controls, and backup coverage.
      • Manage all team staffing responsibilities, including hiring and separations, performance management, coaching, staff development, workload prioritization, and day-to-day employee matters.
      • Lead and respond to ad hoc requests from executives, Internal Audit, and other areas of the Bank, balancing urgency with recurring reporting commitments.

      What you’ll bring:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
      • 7-10 years of experience
      • Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and team-development skills.
      • High degree of independent thinking, organization, professionalism, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude, with the ability to manage interruptions and multiple priorities concurrently.
      • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to dig into details, challenge assumptions, ask thoughtful questions, and connect data, business context, and key drivers into a cohesive story tailored to audiences at all levels of the organization.
      • Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and succinctly.
      • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
      • Familiarity with bank balance sheets, fixed income, financial planning and analysis, and the banking industry.
      • Proven ability to use business intelligence and reporting tools to develop scalable, accurate, and user-focused reporting solutions.
