We are seeking an experienced and driven Principal Program Manager, Auto & Industrial to join our fast-paced and innovative team. How You'll Contribute
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
- Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
What You Bring To Xometry:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Automotive Industry or Industrial background is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is a plus.
