Job Description Summary
Job Description
*** IN ENGLISH BELOW ***
Vos missions

Your Impact As a WCM Project Manager (Simulation & Digital), you serve at the intersection of strategy and operations. You design quantitative models to forecast business outcomes and lead the digital transformation of our industrial projects. You are the bridge between complex data simulation and real-world execution, ensuring our future factories meet operational excellence standards from day one.
Your Responsibilities
- Simulation & Modeling: Design high-fidelity simulations for complex environments (supply chains, workflows, demand shifts) grounded in a detailed understanding of current-state operations.
- Digitalization & Automation: Lead the implementation of the D&A workstream for capital projects. Drive the integration of network infrastructure, factory applications, and robotics in alignment with WCM standards.
- Scenario Analysis: Use models to stress-test initiatives, quantify risk, and project the impact of variables like resource constraints, OEE drift, or economic shifts.
- Strategic Insights: Convert stochastic simulation outputs into objective, decision-ready recommendations for leadership to inform capital allocation and lean decisions.
- Lean Transformation: Support the lean roadmap by validating process and capacity scenarios ahead of investment decisions, ensuring builds meet Manufacturing Target Conditions.
- Continuous Improvement: Support Kaizens and improvement projects with scenario modeling and efficiency recommendations.
Your Profile You are a builder at heart, energized by the opportunity to create new modeling approaches and solve complex problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or operations excellence.
- Lean Proficiency: Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (VSM, takt time, line balancing, standard work).
- Simulation Tools: Hands-on experience with DES or process simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, FlexSim, Arena, Simio).
- Digital Proficiency: Working knowledge of industrial digitalization, automation, and robotics.
- Data Analysis: Experience with statistical analysis such as t-testing, ANOVA, and regression.
- Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate operational data into clear business recommendations.
A formal degree in Engineering is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
