About the role

Join NVIDIA IT’s Strategy Planning & Delivery Org to modernize enterprise applications and digital workplace capabilities. Partner with engineering, IT, security, and business teams to deliver secure, reliable employee experiences—from roadmap through adoption and operations.

NVIDIA is leading groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing, and Visualization. The GPU, our invention, serves as the visual cortex of modern computers and is at the heart of our products and services. Our work creates new possibilities for exploration, creativity, and discovery, powering innovations that once belonged to science fiction—from artificial intelligence to autonomous vehicles. NVIDIA is looking for exceptional technical leaders like you to help architect the reliable platforms that will accelerate the next wave of artificial intelligence.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead concurrent enterprise-application programs from planning through delivery, rollout, adoption, and operational handoff. You will turn ambitious business goals into clear scope, roadmaps, achievements, resources, and measurable outcomes. Manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and decisions with proven expertise. Align engineering, IT operations, architecture, security, business partners, and vendors to deliver flawless integrations and platform changes. Run Agile or hybrid execution, communicate progress and critical issues, and use adoption, reliability, and service measures to improve results.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years in technical program management, IT, software delivery, or a related field, including 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional enterprise technology programs.
  • Program-delivery experience in one or more areas: enterprise SaaS/cloud applications; employee-facing web or mobile platforms; search, content, or knowledge systems; APIs, integrations, and identity; AI-enabled workflows and automation; analytics, observability, or service reliability. Enterprise-app or digital-workplace depth is especially relevant.
  • Technical proficiency across application architecture, data flows, security, reliability, and operational readiness; strong Agile/hybrid delivery, risk management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a record of delivering through ambiguity and across globally distributed teams.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Leading large-scale application migrations, integrations, or employee rollouts, including change management and adoption.
  • Familiarity with generative AI or agentic workflows, enterprise search, and related security and governance considerations.
