About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Senior Director, Product Management

We're looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to own the strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes for our Product Security org. You'll set a clear vision and turn it into delivered products that internal and external customers adopt and value. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sales, Marketing and executive leadership, and work alongside AI-powered tools and agents in how you build and operate.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Set vision and strategy: Define a multi-year product vision, a sequenced roadmap and investment priorities. Make deliberate choices about what to build, buy, improve or retire.
  • Own the product lifecycle: Drive the product from concept to adoption. That includes prioritized requirements, justification, backlog ownership and success metrics.
  • Champion the customer: Build trusted relationships through interviews, advisory boards, telemetry and research. Find the root causes of friction, validate solutions and close the feedback loop.
  • Lead cross-functional execution: Coordinate across engineering, UX, data science, security, legal, sales, marketing and operations to deliver on time and at quality. Oversee multiple complex deliveries in parallel.
  • Influence at the executive level: Drive alignment and investment across VP/SVP-level stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment, often without direct authority.
  • Drive AI-native innovation: Find opportunities to apply AI and agents to the product and to how the team works. Prototype, evaluate and turn the best ideas into reliable products.
  • Measure outcomes: Set baselines and success metrics for adoption, quality and business impact, and use data to prioritize and validate.
  • Go to market: Partner with Sales and Marketing on launch, positioning and enablement so the product drives adoption and revenue.
  • Develop people and teams: Coach and grow product managers and build high-performing teams, including global and vendor partners where relevant.

You're Our Person If

  • You have 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership in cross-functional, matrixed enterprise environments.
  • You've owned a product or platform area end to end in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, at scale.
  • You have a strong technical foundation. You can go deep with engineers on architecture, APIs, data and integrations.
  • You're comfortable with data analytics and familiar with AI/ML, and you use AI in your own work.
  • You're a strategic thinker and an execution driver. You can set a 3-year vision and also unblock a sprint.
  • You have strong agile/scrum and backlog management practices.
  • You can communicate complex technical and data concepts as clear executive narratives.
  • You're customer-obsessed and build trust and credibility with customers, partners and stakeholders.
  • You're comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment and drive operational efficiency.

Even Better If

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field. An MBA or technical master's is a plus.
  • You have Salesforce ecosystem experience (Platform, Data Cloud, Agentforce).
  • You have hands-on familiarity with SQL, Python or cloud platforms.
  • You have domain expertise in the product area, such as developer platforms, marketing technology, customer success or public sector.
  • You've managed global teams across time zones.
  • You have prior experience as an engineer or engineering leader.
