Responsibilities

  • Build out Array's marketing strategy as we grow the brand, break into new markets, launch products, and pursue high-stakes business development opportunities
  • Work closely with comms, engineering, business development, and brand to translate highly technical content into accessible, compelling narratives
  • Build and maintain pitch decks, sales presentations, and briefing materials for government and commercial audiences

  • Bachelors degree in relevant subjects, or in Government, History, English, or other Liberal Arts degrees

  • Proven ability to work with highly technical subject matter and extract clear, compelling narratives from engineers and experts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong writing and slide design skills with hands-on ownership of written content, data visualization, and visual layout (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Experience setting direction and establishing ownership in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, with an eye for detail and consistency

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Background in a STEM field or strong marketing and communications training, ideally both
  • Experience developing and owning marketing or messaging strategy, crafting narrative frameworks for a product line or brand
  • Experience positioning against competitors and tailoring a message to distinct buyer audiences

  • Strong editorial judgment and a low tolerance for jargon and filler
