Summary

Higharc is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to run the GTM experiment loop for our new self-serve business. This is a hybrid marketer and builder role: you’ll design tests against the self-serve funnel, build what’s needed to run them, interpret the results, and scale those that work. Self-serve is a new business line at Higharc, and we’re placing bets in two parallel tracks, product and GTM. You’ll own the GTM experiment loop end to end.

About the role

About Us

Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised over $175M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors: industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

Higharc is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to run the GTM experiment loop for our new self-serve business. This is a hybrid marketer and builder role: you’ll design tests against the self-serve funnel, build what’s needed to run them, interpret the results, and scale those that work.

What You’ll Do

Self-serve is a new business line at Higharc, and we’re placing bets in two parallel tracks, product and GTM. You’ll own the GTM experiment loop end to end. That means taking ideas from hypothesis to live test to a kill-or-scale decision fast.

You’ll build the landing pages, tooling, tracking, and automation each experiment needs, then judge the results with a sharp analytical eye. When something starts to feel magical, we shut down the weaker experiments and point more of the team at what’s working.

You’ll work closely with the Applications team and marketing, and both should see you as the fastest way to test an idea. The team works most often out of our Durham and NYC hubs.

Expect to:

  • Design and run rapid growth and PLG experiments across acquisition, activation, and conversion in the self-serve funnel

  • Build the landing pages, tooling, tracking, and automation needed to get each test live

  • Instrument the self-serve funnel well enough to see where people drop off and why

  • Interpret results and make fast kill-or-scale calls

  • Document and share experiment results so the team builds real signal over time

  • Move people and effort behind the experiments that work

  • Partner closely with the Applications team and marketing to turn ideas into live tests quickly and iteratively

About You

You’re part marketer, part builder, and your marketing instinct matters as much as your technical ability. You care more about speed and learning than polish, you’re fine throwing away work that didn’t pan out, and you can work with limited direction in a brand-new business line.

You own outcomes, stay steady when things are ambiguous, and can tell real signal from noise.

You have:

  • Experience shipping growth experiments end to end, ideally in a PLG or self-serve product

  • Hands-on technical skills: you’re comfortable writing code and working with analytics, automation, and AI tooling

  • Marketing instinct that carries as much weight as your technical ability

  • Strong analytical judgment and the honesty to call a failed test a failure

  • A preference for speed over polish

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work with limited direction

  • A strong sense of ownership over the work and its results

A major plus if you also bring:

  • Experience building for or selling to homebuilders, or working in construction or AEC software

Working at Higharc

Remote work and travel: Our company is entirely remote, and has been since we were founded in 2018. Remote work means more time with family, less time commuting, and the flexibility to blend work and life. We value in-person collaboration and asynchronous deep-work time, which is why we schedule regular team meet-ups in our hubs across the US and, depending on the role, prioritize hiring in those hubs. If your role requires frequent travel beyond pre-scheduled team meet ups, we will represent that to the best of our ability as early as possible in the interview process.

Compensation and benefits: Higharc offers competitive salaries with significant equity, in a fast-growing, well-funded company. We provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with flexible PTO, and meaningful maternity/paternity leave to all U.S based employees that are full-time. You'll also have access to other big-company benefits such like short and long-term disability plans and a 401K. We also provide a stipend to create the ideal home office and support ongoing L&D.
Please note: we are seeing an uptick of fraudulent recruiting activity claiming to be associated with Higharc. All communication and outreach from our in-house team will come from an @higharc.com email address.
